I cannot, for the life of me, figure this team out. An absolutely insipid uninspiring pile of dross against Lions, yet two outstanding results to bookend it. It just seems the Rocks have an ingrained attitude of defeatism against teams. I’m not too sure if it’s Donkey Darryl that can’t motivate an effort out of them or the players only put in a shift against a team they think they can beat. Maybe that’s what we get for not having a head coach. |

Rocks definitely had a great game plan. No coincident that rocks have thrashed riders and raiders on sunday we just didnt show up. Gonk postes elsewhere in all comps we are 11-10. Crazy. Just need to get the league win over nix.

Agreed, awful It was almost as if PJ told the players at the start of the game "guys, we are throwing away our normal tactics for this game and i just want you guys to come up with something halfway through a possession" Oh well, big improvement on Sunday needed. |

Ok riders arnt anywhere near the team they were when they had Drew, King and Bernadini but rocks have now convincingly beaten them and what was an on form Raiders.
Hammered in the final but lions seem to be streets ahead of the competition this year.
Woods has taken some tough decesions and reached a final and turned awful form around with a powerful and potentially difficult personalities. Personally think he’s deserving the faith and support that Smilie has shown

No hiding that this was a very disappointing performance by Raiders.
A thoroughly deserved win by Rocks and well done to them for bouncing back after last week's big loss.
Perhaps that's a lesson for Raiders to learn, put tonight behind you move on and get back on track next game.
The season so far has been so encouraging, keep it going.

Raiders are a good team with an effective coach and they are tough to beat at home. Congratulations to Rocks. That's some victory.

Maybe raiders missed Zak? There's no doubt in my mind that is indeed the case. We appear more solid starting with Zak and having Joonas come off the bench.
Certainly, Joonas elms more comfortable that way.

Gutted. Thought we had really turned a corner so this result was a little out of the blue for me. Hitman struggled and he is a real glue guy for us. I think we have a very good roster this year with proven BBL talent so I am not too worried.

Mind that time Donte Nicholas was being touted for MVP? Still averaged 16 points 9.5 rebounds and 7 assists in the last 4 games. Still an MVP. Just 1 bad game |
