I should also point out that nothing is certain in basketball & whilst both London teams are in a dominant position, either team could cock it up.

Why would you want to leave the best city in the UK, with the best opportunities & best infrastructure? I should also point out that 1. Not all Londoners are Cockneys, there's more non Cockneys than Cockneys. That's not saying they wouldn't like to be!! Rather like Geordies really wanting to be Mackems. 2. I say all this although I actually live outside the M25! 3. I'd be more than happy if every final was in Birmingham or Manchester, but the BBL want to spread them around, obviously they want one in the best City in the world, what were constantly doing in Glasgow anyone's guess!!😀😉

I can’t Adam and Eve it! Are you have a bubble bath? I don’t want to Darby and Joan but surely you can understand why us Londoners don’t want the Barney Rubble of having to leave the big laugh and joke to travel all the way to Glasgow. We want it somewhere we can ideally ball and chalk to, and not have to pay a load of bees and honey and spends hours in the jam jar. I’m just stating the brass tacks. We’ll just have to stay home and watch it on the custard and jelly, or down the local rub a dub. In the interest of full disclosure, I don’t actually live in Central London, I live in the leafy suburbs. But as SaintPat has said, let’s not disrespect Giants and Rocks just yet. Winning a game by 20+ happens somewhat often, and even winning a game by 27+ happens occasionally. But as it stands it certainly looks like an all London final. As for holding it in Glasgow, it’s always been a bit of an odd choice for me… shouldn’t all 3 finals be as ‘central’ for as many people as possible. London is. Birmingham is. Glasgow isn’t.

... just joking ... I know (and worked with) some really nice people from the capital. ...most people 'darn sarf' think we all Geordie's up here ... but we're not !! near me with have : Geordies (north of the Tyne) sub-Geordies (Gateshead) Makams (Sunderland) Smoggies (Middlesbrough) Jarovians and Hebburnites (Don't ask!!) Wildlings of Washington (very strange tribe of people) Probably a lot more ... Apparently, I'm a sandy (South Shields) ..Go figure

I'm not even going to mention how Murray managed a score of two points in 25 minutes of game time and how Johnny Bunyan nearly outscored him and didnt even play.

Just found out that Gareth had his nose broken at the game last night. Bad times. Mehh!! ... He can still play ... ya don't need a nose to play basketball anyway (at least the last time I checked, but I could be wrong ) ... TBH ... I'm surprised anybody noticed ... given all that facial hair Rocks will win this by at least 30 points ... you heard it here first

Just found out that Gareth had his nose broken at the game last night. Bad times. Injury was hampered by the fact it took 20 minutes to find his nose underneath that beard.

Just found out that Gareth had his nose broken at the game last night. Bad times. Whilst playing I presume? Come on, Crystal Palace isn’t that rough of an area (well actually it kind of is). I’m not totally surprised, the game was stopped for a good few minutes and there was a lot of blood. I do hope it was a genuine accident though.

If he'd bled just a little bit longer we could've got the game called off for another flood. An opportunity missed, I feel.

No Murray again tonight. 21 point win will do nicely. Was looking good at the start of the 2nd. Can we bring that fire back? Also, Elvisi Dusha LOL. Hope he gets a second unsportsmanlike called on him. He should have no place on a BBL team.

The Rocks only need to win the 4th quarter by 26 points. Darryl the clipboard chucker has it covered.

Starting the game 20 points behind and never really got going. Needed a whirlwind start and to race into a 10-15 point first quarter lead but that didn’t happen.
Typical Rocks performance some good and some really, really bad.
A few times watched as Rocks overplayed, passed instead of taking the shot (passed the buck in my book).
Always felt Royals could step it up at any point.
If you were told one of the teams was put together at the start of the season and one 10 seasons in the making based on that performance you’d fancy Royals as the established outfit.

London v London in Glasgow. Coach companies making a killing. On the other hand it could possibly only be two or three coach loads in total?? Just spotted latest ticket offer from BBL for groups , buy 1 get 10 free tickets😀😊😊😊

Twice we got it down to 11 for the tie and twice we cspitulated at tsking it into single figures. Still very turnover prone against a pressure defence. A few observations on royals... 1) mba looks unfit very slow up and down the court. 2) royals bench syncronised hand claps on free throws is the best thing in the bbl. 3) i really like what junior williams is doing. They play a high pressure game and some of the imports are crazy athletic.
Good luck to both london teams. Need a good final after how crap the cup was

What a boring game.
I lost interest early on. Best entertainment was the royals bench antics. Their clapping was a bit ridiculous but I sure enjoyed the various dance moves going on.
