I am doing. Just want to see something official. I think the difference of signing another player like Kyle Williams, him or a similar type player is huge. Agreed. Could be the differemce between winning the league and coming 4th. |

Wolves, Royals and eagles competing for 3rd, 4th and 5th If eagles DONT have a quality extra player coming in then I have them 4th this season If bigz has heard a rumour though then he is probably right. He doesn't get much wrong on here or in private Too many posts lately seem to suggest eagles fans know something But nobody has sent me a private message!! |

Agreed! He have ability but always looks uneasy when playing. Now that might be cause he doesn't get much playing time and doesn't want to make a mistake. Personally think he needs to develop a chip on his shoulder and be aggressive cause he could be a very impacting player off the bench. Will cheer him regardless but needs to step up this season for me |

Of course there is more to come, we have 8 players 9 if you include fab so we need at least 3 or 4 more in. If there wasnāt something would be wrong if we could only put out 8-9 players. Am sure all will be revealed in the next few days. Will it be Dafoe, Kai and Kyle (or at least another shooting guard if not him). At the least thatās what I would want, if there are any other surprises that would be great. Anyway welcome back Eddie, nice lad and heās a Brit and a from the North East and has got huge potential and we want to see it. When are the players arriving in Newcastle Jeff?  Look forward to the pics of them arriving at the airport. Also on another note Kieran Achara just tweeted he is on the train to Newcastle which Jeff likes and commented saying Newcastle Eagles Kieran is on his way to Newcastle. |

Will it be Dafoe, Kai and Kyle (or at least another shooting guard if not him). At the least thatās what I would want, if there are any other surprises that would be great. There are already 6 guards in the squad so I'd assume there won't be any more. Or is there a 3G 2F formation that needs so many? It's looking like Nick Schlitzer is the replacement for Kyle. I'm pessimistic after no-one was announced on Tue or Wed last week, then all guards since then (I was hoping Schlitzer would be the upgrade on Eddie rather than replacement for Kyle). So low key Defoe, Kai and Fab announcements on Mon and Tue look iikely. A surprise would be more than great! Oh dear, I'm sinking to INFs depths already!  |

I think you are weak as it stands when those 3 above are announced You def need a top quality player as well as those 3 And even then I personally will be thinking you've done nothing to scare anybody |

Mine initially was that more continiuity is to come i.e. DKF but I can also see it being more as in a bigger signing. A premium British forward that can be a starter and complement Mitchell and Hussein is the surprise I'm hoping for. |

Am hoping for the same I just hope it happens. Surely with the new arena and hopefully us having more money coming in off the back of that and still being the most successful team in BBL league history we should be able to pull off a big name signing.
I think some of the players like Morsell, Mitchell and Aded Hussein look like really good signings and I think they are going to be big players for. Also add in Rahmon Fletcher who is a premier player in this league and we know what he can do so he is a big signing anytime. But I would like to see us make a statement signing if you like.
Just thinking of players that havenāt signed anywhere yet like MBA say or a GB player. Sign someone like that and we are in business.
