But signing kids as backups doesn't make you broke, either

Thomas, Edozie, Thomas, Champion, Rogers, Taylor, Thomas-Edwards, Delpeche, Bradley, Nicholls = 10 Mayindombe unconfirmed? Davis out at Reading. Four youth players. I'd say Bristol are fine. Just giving kids a chance to train at a higher level. |

Also helps when theres only a few Bristol fans on here See I rate Kapoulas (maybe not as highly as some on here but certainly far above average) - and the franchise are doing things brilliantly - the social media is on point and there never seems to be any major controversy around them at all. They've done and are doing it right. Two things they cant be allowed to get away with though:
1) That interview. Sorry Kap, you brought it on yourself. You're a relatively calm customer - trying to be all angry and passive aggressive doesn't suit you.
2) I don't think I'll ever forget when they got a new car park and made it the most convoluted/Americanised announcement ever - see here for link www.bristolflyers.co.uk/news/bristol-flyers-club-statement-gameday-parking/
Sorry lads but as a new franchise when you set the bar as high as you have, expect to be pulled when you mess up....

Mr Notoriousbigz - to suggest that Coach K is relatively calm is like suggesting that a Honey Badger is cute and fluffy! He's a lot better than in days of old, but I'm scared of him, and I just sit in the stands!

Not sure 2) was a convoluted announcement. Basically people had been abusing the college car park, because it was free. People, nothing to do with Flyers or the college were parking there for free all day, and not parking at Parkway Station (to commute) where they’d have to pay....depriving genuine users of spaces. it was issued pro-actively to stop people who genuinely had parked there not getting tickets. Better to announce than let them find out the hard way. |
