Really just want to see Raiders do great. Nothing more than that. Jerrell Kennedy has just been released from his South American club. Interesting.

Complaining about the Raiders is a difficult thing to do. Their social media police will be onto you. I think the point here is not the Marjon's students, it's the recruitment. With a cup record of 2 and 8 merely as an indicator, anyone can "see" that they are going backwards. Thehave put in some shocking performances thus far. The recruitment has been at best - mediocre. It's good to see the new guy whether its on trial or not because we are desperate. The axe needs to fall deeper, however. Hyland doesn't have what it takes, neither does Brandon and Turner is not an improvement on Wells - a complete waste of a headcount. It appears that only Manchester are worse than Plymouth and given all the crap the "greatest fans in the BBL" have had to put up with in recent years, this is not good.

If you're referring to me as social media police i get that it may seem that way.
If you offer solid solutions tho I'm all for it. A simple sack them theres thousands better out there I take issue with

Newcastoe who own their own arena and the richest club in the country sign a former bbl player. Lions sign a player who has agreed to take a nominal fee while playing part time to keep a foot in the game Bagger moans I don't know where that info came from!! Part-time??? If missing one game over Christmas period, is part time I guess he is! Nominal fee??? Where has that come from?? Quite likely to be the best paid player in the league, but I guess it's nominal compared to the good European players in top European leagues.

Part time because he isn't with the squad day in day out, nominal fee compared to worth not league standard Pat

Agree we can't just fire everyone, but I think those highlighted in my previous "post" are the obvious candidates and I would be EVEN MORE disappointed if the management didn't have this in mind already......

I get bad here sentiments but he's just a bit extreme ultimately we finished bottom of our group that didn't feature Leicester or Newcastle!!
But hopefully we can find better more suitable replacements even bringing payne back would be an upgrade

Would it really? Not sure it's worth the aggro to averaging just 1.5 ppg more

PJ's recruitment so far in Plymouth has been dreadful. I reckon plenty of Raiders fans would struggle to name an American not called Nicholas from their opening day roster last season. If you are struggling, the other two were Javis Howard and Jamal Williams. Devontavius Payne was hardly a particularly inspired signing either. Throw in Declan Soukup, Shawn Shelton and this year's batch of stinkers and it's just been a really poor effort to this point. Pretty much the only effective players he's signed have been guys who were already established BBL performers. In terms of bringing good new talent into the league, he's been utterly hopeless.

I like PJ I really do but I’ve got to agree with you his recruitment has been terrible. Could this be because money is tight at Plymouth?

It may be the case but I'm guessing Hassan and Josh get a fair chunk of the budget!! But it argue it's not all budget you can get great rookies out the US cheap it's we just don't seem to find them!!
