I was listening to an old under the rim podcast on this subject and I don’t remember it being a thread on what’s bev.
They moved between the best players/ coach and those that had contributed the most in the decade. Probably placing more emphasis on the later. Coach Fab pipping Rob Robinson Fletcher Smith Sullivan Achara
Too many honourable mentions but Bernadini and Tommo seemed to be after thoughts. No mention of Dave Aliu who I’ve always liked and had a pretty good 5 years though 2 years at giants probably went under the radar a bit. I only saw Achara at the back end if his career and he never stood out for me but players and fans think differently Probably influenced by Demond Watt scoring heavily on him when Phoenix played rocks
There are far too many people far more knowledgable than myself who seem to rate him heavily so I’d struggle to argue with the selections as a whole though I think I’d give Bernadini a spot probably ahead of fletch. Considered Zaire as well.
I’d be interested in people’s thoughts The very best starting 5 regardless of his long they played in the bbl and those who’ve contributed the most over the decade
