Is Enver Yücel holding back on splashing the cash now the season is behind closed doors?
I know Plymouth have some fantastic players already that wouldn’t have come cheap but there is room for more if the cash is available.

To be fair we have 2 elites players in Hamilton and Lawrence. If we built around them we could put a good team out every week. This season could get cancelled at any point. Im not sure id be spending more than needed

Awkward. is Elvisi done with Raiders already? Look at the Raiders website. There are shadow heads of 7 players on there. Elvisi is not one of them.
Now, it could be that he was forgotten, but they dont have many players that they need to remember?
If he hasnt left, it cant feel great as a player to be forgotten or missed off your own club's website?!

Personally I have founder Raiders lacking in good communication over past few months. I appreciate they named a few signers and leavers but that’s about it. Surely they could release their thinking’s on how the fans can still support the team (ie streaming of matches, where they will play, rumour of Richard leaving and now potentially Elvisi going)

Is there realistically room for imports in the plural? From what I can see there are already nine players who would expect regular minutes. That's already quite deep for a BBL team. I wouldn't be sure they will have any; there doesn't appear to be any gaping hole in the line-up either that you might perceive is awaiting an import signing. Maybe a scoring guard to replace McGill, but anything more than that doesn't appear to be the strategy. |
