So Cheshire get a 600 mile round trip on Friday to play Plymouth, followed by a 400 mile round trip on Sunday to play the 2nd leg. That'll be fun for them! Incredible isn't it? Really? just shows how easy Leicester get it really with a central location meaning nowhere near as much travelling to do

Wherever you are, we're coming to get you. Only a 9 point gap and we always play well away and as underdogs. Should be a cracker!!!

1 point in 80 minutes of basketball, absolutely fantastic last 5 minutes from Nix and so so so close with PJC's last second shot rimming out. Great credit to the Nix team battling to the end, playing a 7 man rotation without Mockford ( illness). Very very proud of the team tonight.

Just looked at the stats in that final quarter, can't believe that in the final 4 minutes 20 seconds Eagles scored 2 points!! We scored 11 in those minutes including 8 from Jalen Hayes. Still dead chuffed at that game even though we aren't going to Glasgow!!

So you should be - we couldn't breathe until PJC's shot rimmed out after the final buzzer ! Hussein gets better each time I see him and both Darius and Kai put good shifts in, but Saunders was well off the mark tonight.
Credit to the Cheshire fans as well - definitely the loudest away fans I've heard at the ECA, and all helping the atmosphere in a brilliant entertaining game.

I’m s bit concerned about Saunders, bald eagle he hadn’t really settled in yet & doesn’t look integrated

Not given much time on court either, square peg round hole......presume he was cheap???

Wow, that was a nerve wracking last 4 minutes. Was quite relieved when I couldn't see Mockford warming up, but Cheshire played so well and would've been deserving finalists. Both teams played with such heart, and left everything out on the court. We looked in control of the tie in the third quarter, but the foul on PJC taking the half court shot gave Phoenix that little spark of belief going in to the final quarter. We actually didn't start the fourth too badly but really struggled with the full court press which resulted in a few turnovers and bad shots being taken at the end of the shot clock.
The team have definitely stepped it up since the loss to Riders and have coped admirably without Gettys in the team. A few players that I have criticised this season have really proved me wrong in the last two games, and I hope they can continue doing that for the rest of the season. It was never so much the losses that annoyed me but more the manner of some of them this year which have been frustrating to watch. Williams and Defoe in particular have been great for us this weekend playing some hard nosed defence.
So happy to be able to take my 5 year old to his first final.
Hard luck Cheshire, you threw everything at us and I would've had no complaints if that final shot had gone in. PJC is such a delight to watch and your team move the ball beautifully at times.

It was tough to watch. Forgot to mention Sade as well, who seems to be growing in confidence as the season goes on. He started so well last night and has range from deep!

I was praying he didn’t foul out as he was immense, even Kai williams put in a decent shift thank goodness
