One day Giants will come close to winning a game, hopefully it won't be today. Wonder if we will have a fully fit and available squad for the first time in a bit. I know every other team has players missing but with an 8/9 man squad it can look lonely on the bench.

Are the Giants going to be the Birmingham Knights of the league this season? Or wait, maybe Mersey Tigers would be a better comparison since, like Mersey, Manchester also lost to a non BBL team in the Trophy and the best part is, they lost to the same team Mersey did, Worthing Thunder.

I think you'll find they've already won a game, infact they smashed you by 20 points

They only won off the court due to a technicality, so it doesn't really count.

The Giants looked very poor yesterday, other than a couple of reasonable outside shooters not a lot of quality. Can't remember their number 10s name but he was severely outclassed. I agree with others that nix didn't get out of second gear, pjc and hayes far too good. Good atmosphere though, always enjoy a derby.

That was David Ulph. Only 15pts on 75% shooting. Obviously wasn't getting free enough.

Crap. Cut him.
Jesus Christ....

Yeah, he has done a great job since joining from Liverpool. Still getting up to pace in the BBL and one to build around for the future.

Yeah, he has done a great job since joining from Liverpool. Still getting up to pace in the BBL and one to build around for the future. Only thing that will stop him is his own mentality. Doesn't believe in himself enough. Can jump out the gym and rebound like a machine - just needs to be more aggressive.
