Sad that we may not see them again in Riders shirts. Guessing at least one of them will be offered more money elsewhere. Both have been exciting to watch and great servants for the team. Would love to see both return if/when BBL starts up again.
Incidentally, I completely understand why USA players are returning sooner rather than later - in their shoes I'd have done the same. Who knows what the idiot in the White House will decide next?! They all have family in the States to think about and surely there'll be an announcement today that the BBL is over anyway for 2019-20?

I actually really like that BBL clubs have agreed to this and been proactive before the league have done anything at all.
It does them a lot of favours too - the goodwill will stand the clubs in good stead with players/agents when it comes to recruitment time.
If only the league was so caring/organised eh....
