I read in the Daily Record the Rocks have plans on moving again, the only question is, Why?

Does it talk about moving to the Club's own venue, which has been discussed briefly in the last couple of years, or to another existing venue owned by someone else?

Just says plans for a new arena in the East End are on hold.
It does mention they were verbally 2/3's funded but it's on the back burner for now
