If you have/had tickets to any games that didn't take place, please consider not asking for a refund unless you really need to. Even allowing the teams/BBL to keep your money in return for future tickets (as I did with my Play Off Final tickets) benefits them so much more than requesting a refund.
Are you crazy? Why give the BBL your hard earned for something they haven’t delivered?
Use it to spend on a teams home game if you need to but don’t ever give a club or organisation your money for nothing!
And in my specific case I'm not giving my money to them for nothing, they already have it and I'm allowing them to keep it for a re-scheduled event in 2021 instead of asking for my money back.
I was just highlighting how allowing an organisation to hold on to your money, instead of asking for it back and then giving it back to them at a later date, is extremely beneficial to them.
