They will now play out of the NPBC! This is fantastic news for the club and the BBL. Hopefully they can recruit well and build on this good news

It's great news for the club.
We can truly start to move forward now and in a few years hopefully start to challenge the likes of Leicester and London.

Great news for the league. I personally have little hope of the team recruiting anywhere near to the quality of the venue. I do however live in hope.

Two moves thus far under new ownership - better venue and Jordan Whelan.
Id say things are going in the right direction.

I know Jamie is focussed on rebuilding the club from the ground up, academy, community work etc. It may take a few seasons to get the team to match the venue, but at least we have that potential now. |

Great Stuff. I think the Belle Vue area should already be primed for the return of the Giants as I can recall some pretty decent crowds when they played at that school venue down the backstreets over that way. Mrs S. sprained her ankle in the car park there and then complained when I led her up and down the tiered seating in order to escape the raucous row boom-boom speakers. The next day she was on crutches...  |
