Really like this signing but don’t get the combination with him and Bristol. For me it would be one or the other, and I’d take Kingsley and get a scoring 4 but I hope I’m proved wrong.

I don't think it's a combination, unless we're really struggling defensively inside. I'd see this more as an either or, splitting the minutes. Still expecting a couple of 4's in the team.

I'm surprised at his rebounding stats - seem quite low for someone over seven feet tall?

I suppose but surely Bristol will play 30 mins plus? Seems a shame if he’s been signed for so little. Honestly I think stats like rebounding for defensive 5s are overrated and from what I remember he is athletic.

I doubt Kervin is going to play 30 minutes per game. 25 would be what if expect. 6 or 7 a quarter.

Can't help but think this is a good signing for the lions. He isn't a 7ft stiff, he can play.
He played serious minutes at Cal and was one of the nations leading shot blockers.
I coached him at Derby in 2012/13 (I think), when he came back from prep school for a while. He has good athleticism, understands the game and can be a threat offensively.
Perhaps my only criticism is that he can be passive on O. He's never really (from what I've seen), been a go to type of guy. He's happy playing within the offence.
He's a really nice guy to boot and was a pleasure to coach.
