So we have to assume enough fans will be allowed to pay to watch games from October 2nd to pay the wages and costs etc.
In many cases you would think season tickets might take all the availability away
Obviously clubs need money now but they will need monthly income as well to keep paying the bills
Its going to be interesting to see what all the club's do re season tickets and pay on the day tickets

In his panic room until ‘late 2021 at the earliest’, and there’s no WiFi in there.

You'll be interested by the cup format I think this is public, so we can talk about it... There will be 3 groups in the BBL Cup group stage (rather than two groups like last year) and the bottom team in each will be eliminated ahead of the quarter-finals.

Paul Blake just been on radio Newcastle looks like it may be 30% capacity at the start and hopefully increasing during the season. That equates to a crowd of approximately 840 at the ECA.

Great news for the clubs, players and fans. Fingers crossed nothing happens to derail it.

If that’s correct it’s good news for Lions at the Copper Box, that would still allow approximately 2,000+ at each game - which is a typical crowd size pre-covid anyway, so no impact. Assuming there’s still roughly that many still happy to attend games that is (at least initially).

Does That figure of 840 allow for any single match day tickets for sale or would they all be taken up by season ticket holders. Nix have a capacity of 1400 I believe at the EPSV, 30% is 420 so that should be interesting. I think it's only Lions who be able to operate with their normal pre Covid numbers, every other club would be way down on their normal attendance. But it's still a very encouraging announcement ( hopefully Greater Manchester comes out of their lockdown otherwise Giants are cream crackered).

Bristol would be looking at 225 capacity based on 30 per cent They might even have more season ticket holders than that based on selling out 750 every week?

Nix have said they won’t be selling season tickets this season. Tickets will be offered first come first served basis to ST holders from last season and any leftovers will go on general sale.

Id be curious to know hoe the Emirates would work for the rocks. If its arena then 30% of 6000 is just below 2000 that would be perfect. If itd the sports hall your looking at 400. With the emirstes not opening as a sports facility until end of october this will be interesting. I wonder if this is just the gym and fitness side of the fscility and that they would jump at the chance to hold an event?

I wonder how many of those tickets will be taken up by corporate. Wouldnt be surprised if Duncan Disorderly made most of the Rocks crowd corporate clients.

That makes sense Plus every season ticket holder will get the chance to sit on the court side seats - if this doesn’t include pizza heads will roll.
