With clubs desperately waiting for information about if and when spectators will be allowed into games, I'm assuming that there will not be any space for away supporters to travel.Have any clubs given this situation any thought? Not certain how Nix will solve this, tickets are going to be limited at first to last seasons ticket holders on a game by game plan then if any left open to anyone. I suppose if you're fast enough you could get a ticket but I think there will be very few if any available.

I think the government is discouraging ‘away fans’ at all sports soon to have (limited) crowds again. I say ‘discouraging’ because I don’t think it will/can be policed in any way.

I would think the problem would lie with several hundred foot ball fans not the dozen or so that normally travel,in the BBL.

I predict for most venues there will be capacity for away fans available (if the government allows them to go)
Not sure the sport will appeal to families looking for entertainment with some of the restrictions that will be in place short term so will be a quieter match night experience for all concerned (some will prefer that)
Am I right in thinking normally each home club gives the opposition club some FOC tickets they can sell to their fans to help recover travel costs?
Or have I just imagined that?

It will be interesting to see if clubs agree to cut down on the size of guest lists. I know when we played BBL Trophy games a sizeable proportion of the visiting support came in on comps - although it was never a particularly high number.
