Surprised me but really it makes sense, with no Europe for a few months and it being a lower level than he’d have been expecting when he joined
Definitely a loss for the Lions, but they’re hardly short of talent at the 2/3 spots so not sure how much this effects them in the BBL at least

Yeah, makes sense. No Europe Cup until January at the earliest. Champions League is going on right now. London Lions can afford to lose a few players. They need to work out what their starting 5 and bench is and start looking like a team.

A team so far that looks unsettled. Id say if he was able to be moved on i would do it now.

Easily the best player in the last 2 games, would be a massive miss. We'd be losing the best player in the league, really hope this doesn't happen but who knows?

Really enjoyed watching him play - think he'll be a major loss to Lions.

I agree with you, but we were without Mullens in those last 2 games, so as long he makes a reappearance I'm not overly concerned. And if this is correct then it does allow Lions to remain at the Copper Box.

Well as long as they pay their bills they will be and also to now be able to do Community work as a club rather than having to leave certain players (well Liggins) out which never looks good. Don’t underestimate the value of community engagement in relation to sports clubs. Was an awful signing by London. On paper an ex NBA player will always attract media attention which is good but for God’s sake don’t choose someone as toxic for a family club as London are. As I said lot of things not right in the camp but getting rid of him is a good step forward. (Before I get abuse for this - 3 games played, 3 games lost says a lot for any team never mind the biggest budget and highest profile in a division)

Vince just tweeted 'Nah' with a pic of a red traffic light. Make of that what you will.
