Ali Fraser signs for Leicester as per Mark Woods
Guess they offered more money than Glasgow Rocks, Daily Record reported that they had offered a contract to him

Has someone checked his hamstrings..?  Delighted he's been added to our roster and so quickly too. Really needed some cover in the front court with the loss of Mo Walker and RMT. |

Unassuming, bulldozer, hard worker, effective post player offensively and defensively, no ego/attitude - perfect match for Paternostro this. Really like the move.

Deeply missed as was really coming onto a game last season. Curious to see what he can donunder robP and at riders

Still need to replace RMT as well I reckon. With Mo and Raheem on the roster I think we'd have been a match for any team in the BBL - sadly, that wasn't to be but I still hope to see RMT return to play for us next season.

Sorry, can’t help you there, I guess it has to be worked out between the club and the player. I imagine the costs of surgery and rehabilitation are paid for by the club’s insurance. |

He must've revieved a wage from somewhere to stick around all of last year. Cant imagine riders would want to pay him another year not to play even if they could afford it

Good signing who fills a gap quite nicely. Ideally I'd have liked more of a floor spacing big but can't be too fussy at a time like this. He's not the worst shooter in the world and he's surely a more versatile player and a better compliment to Nelson-Henry than Mo Walker.
As good an eight as this gives us, I do still think we need one more. Doesn't need to be a world beater and doesn't even need to be particularly specific type of player. Just think we need a ninth man that Rob has sufficient confidence in to entrust 10-15 minutes to on a semi-regular basis. That's the sort of role I foresaw for Raheem this year and it's doesn't seem like any of the student players we're carrying atm are deemed good enough. Definitely good news for Riders fans getting Fraser on board but as things stand I think we remain the shortest team, numbers wise, that you could put forward as a realistic contender for the league.
However much we've paid Walker has been too much, let's face it. Really unfortunate how this latest injury happened, tripping over Kevin Ware's foot. No one's fault but there's no getting away from the fact that he's been an absolute train wreck of a signing for us. Impossible at this point to be confident of him ever making a meaningful contribution to the team.

Hes averaging a triple double this season for Loughborough 1 |

Amazing the improvement in kyle. Struggled with his season in glasgow pre commy games but his game has really come on. Hopefully he gets a chance at riders
