Gareth plays 13 minutes whilst they’re getting hammered He needs to be playing 30 minutes plus with his current roster.

be interesting to hear what those that watched it think Rocks problem was. (i was not a watcher)
after one of the cup games I thought they were just 1 player short in the squad from being able to fight for a playoff spot and 2 short from a mid table competitive season. Still thought the same after watching the game in Manchester - JB can not do what he is best at, cause he is having to take on the role of that 1 player that is missing from the squad plus his own role. The other miss that would be the 2nd player to add is what Ali Fraser brought to the court last season.
small mercies - when playing Lions it is the 2nd of a back to back home double header for London. As Saturday they host Eagles, by time it comes to hosting Rocks on the Sunday lets hope Lions come out of that tireder than Rocks do from Sat night at Wolves.

Did I read it right when Murray subbed all 5 players off and swapped them near the end of that third quarter, when it was a 37-1 score line in that 10 mins? Think he should have kept the 5 on and sent the other 5 on as well!!

Embarrassing. Reminds me of the defeat to brighton bears in 02/03
Id of agreed a week ago and said rocks need 1 more... if thats the case we need a scoring pg.
Delpeche has been allowed to have a career night. Not good enough.

Can't see Murray lasting long as coach.
I read in the Record yesterday about fatigue and how they'd need to bus it down. Sounds like he was getting his excuses in early and expected to get battered. Scoring 3 points in 10 minutes is a disgrace and we must not see a repeat of such performances going forward.

It will be a very long ride home from Plymouth tonight if they lose again.
Not really the start to the season you'd expect from last seasons "self proclaimed" champions :-)

Aye, it would have been unthinkable last season but this season we promoted from within by hiring a rookie coach and I think it'll end in further embarrassing results.

Typical reaction, blame the coach. But the lack of quality and depth in the squad is the main issue.
Why did the Rocks choose to be the only club in the BBL to think it would be a better idea to sign four European imports rather than four USA imports during the pandemic? For the same budget, they could surely have hired four US imports of a higher calibre.

I do agree but theyve only got 3.
No way anything to do with gareth. Zero blame on him. We look miles off in quality.

Gareth needs to be given a chance and a roster that is competitive.
No disrespect to any player but when players who should be 7th at best are starting it didn’t matter who the coach is.

Gareth already made excuses, that to me shows weakness. He's already admitted the team will struggle before the players have taken to the court. Every other team will be in the same situation when travelling but I don't see them having any issues with it.
We haven't gone winless in the Cup so that's a plus, it's a typical reaction only because I want what's best for the team. Hiring a rookie coach is a gamble. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I'm talking from experiences from other sports.
Back in 2012/13 Braehead (now Glasgow) Clan hired a rookie coach and it didn't turn out so well, they ended up hiring a more experienced coach who got them a trophy.
Hamilton Accies had Martin Canning who was dire, even if he did keep us up. Alex Neil was a better rookie who took us to the top of the league then left to go to Norwich.
