Close game. Free Live on the London Lions YouTube channel. Neck and neck in the fourth quarter. But very disappointing that only 240 people are watching, especially when you consider 790 were watching a netball preseason game earlier in the week.

What was the unsportsmanlike foul near the end? I tuned in to YouTube as it was called. I caught the end of the replay and looked like an attempt to block the ball. What did I miss?

It was a very tough call, I'd have been upset if it had been called against Lions. Thought the commentary was OK today, I love listening to Nigel Lloyd. Lions got out of jail, simply didn't click, just held on enough to get the win(i guess that's a sign of a good team). Giants lost their composure in the 3rd which probably lost them the game but they look far, far better than last season. There are certainly teams I would prefer to be playing the the cup semi-final. |

What a thoroughly enjoyable game that was! Can't believe I paid a fiver to watch it when the ****ing thing was free on YouTube! Again!?! I must just like wasting money. It's so good to see decent teams in London and Manchester again, takes me back to the very early noughties (pretty sure that was the last time both fielded strong teams). Can't wait for that cup semi, especially considering how chippy the game was, I always like it more when the teams don't like each other  |

Even Lions twitter feed was telling people to watch via BBL Player throughout the game. I’d go as far to say as perhaps the YouTube stream was there as a backup should the BBL Player have issues. Which I’m hearing did happen with another game tonight. Again. |

Great game with some good shot making from both sides. More than one camera and you could see all the action, f***ing ace !!! If that was at Ponds Forge you would have missed the crucial unsportsmanlike block on Williams dunk attempt !! Message received and understood  ? Nigel Lloyd is good to listen to for his honest opinions, especially when he says "I`m not sure about that call" |

He must have heard the criticism somehow, I don't recall him screaming once, massive improvement. Nigel is just hilarious, I absolutely love his matter of fact, no bull**** style. Say what you see Nigel, say what you see His opinions actually carry weight too as that guy could ball back in the 90's. |
