Nope, can’t be for lots of obvious reasons
Number 1 being that you have to have done something in the first place to “retire” from it !!!
Glad if he is no longer a “player”, makes Lyons job easier
Hope that he just listens and keeps his mouth firmly shut if he is on the bench to avoid stupid distractions

He doesn't deserve the negativity so far displayed IMHO. Whether or not he was ever good enough to play at BBL level is for others to debate but I believe he never gave less than 100% every time he stepped out of the locker room and is quite clearly and obviously committed to the Sheffield cause and we should be wishing him all the best for the future.

ITS NOT BEING NEGATIVE TO SAY IT AS IT IS. I only ever said that he should never have been on the court in any proper game time, he couldn`t even get court time with his own University team !! The fact that his Mum is Sharks CEO is the only reason he ever got on the court, which is wrong. Now he been given the opportunity to coach........ He should actually replace Timms and Yuri as a match day commentator or............operate the camera !!!!! He could do the commentary as he has a nice voice  |
