Guess what - video feed not working on BBL Player. Refund time! Why on earth are you choosing the BBL Player coverage?! The Sky Sports coverage is available for free on YouTube for this one.

Extremely fast first half... Raiders struggling to keep up with Lions in my opinion. Lions fortunately having one of their ‘good games’ with this one.

I am enjoying this one. If Plymouth can cut out the turnovers and do better in the paint they can still win it.

One thing that really gets on my wick with British Basketball is the in-arena commentator. I think it makes the product amateurish. I could _maybe_ understand it if there was a crowd in and they may be the more casual fan who needs the action explicitly explained to them but is it really necessary in a BCD fixture? Annoying background noise! Apologies for the moan, go lions! Agree that in-arena commentary just comes across as completely pointless with no crowd. Enjoying the game apart from that!

Justin Robinson has a broken nose apparently, but is playing on regardless. That’s dedication!

Where has that cup come from? It used to be a glass vase, didn't it?

Where has that cup come from? It used to be a glass vase, didn't it? It did, I have a vague memory that it got dropped. I enjoyed the game, congratulations to Lions. Pleased that the goal tend miss is now moot although I was not convinced that the unsportsmanlike was a foul. Unless of course the ref felt the sweat was left on the floor to purposely cause the slip . Respect to Robinson for playing on with a broken nose.

Raiders had a star in McGill but Ibeh's free throw shooting is abysmal. Great game to watch as a neutral. Liggins kept his head throughout. Raiders needed to play defence with more effort in Q1. Staggeringly poor at times. Congratulations Lions.

Missed the end of the game. Who won MVP? Surely had to be Liggins? What a performance!

It was Liggins (deservedly) unless we’re gonna bring up the old Losing Team MVP debate....

I am pleased for London and hopefully the coach will be there next year. You never know, as when serious money input the pressures to succeed are multiplied

That was a game of fine margin that ibeh tip was vital!! But in a cup final against you could argue the most talented team ever assembled in the bbl raiders can be really really proud!! I do think sadly mcgill may have just played his way out of Plymouth in the last week!!

I do think sadly mcgill may have just played his way out of Plymouth in the last week!! Mc Gill was Def the only Raiders player to match Lions energy tonight... unfortunately most of our double digit guys didn’t quite make it as lions defensive intensity was there from the jump and simply Raiders haven’t been use to that in their recent League and Trophy games! All our regular buckets were denied with the Lions all round energy up and down the court. Raiders didn’t play badly IMO they just didn’t match Lions roar mane bite.. 😅

was a good final to watch - had haunting memories in P1 of a past trophy final in Glasgow where it was all done by half time and a non event in the 2nd half. Great though Raiders sorted things out and turned this into a game that made Lions earn their medals.
only disappointment was watching this was another reminder of not getting the chance to watch the like of Liggins and Williams while sitting in the arena

What a great game, and not just for obvious reasons. It’s hard to argue that Lions weren’t in control from start to finish, but Raiders certainly made it hard work, especially in the second half, credit to them for that. I still think at least one other title is needed for Lions to consider this season a success, but Trophy winners and close Cup runners up (with half the team out due to covid) is something.

It was Liggins (deservedly) unless we’re gonna bring up the old Losing Team MVP debate.... To be fair, Liggins had the highest index rating of the game (28), then McGill (27), then Dirk Williams (23).

Are the livestats correct?
According to them Walker, Spencer and Ikinwin all played but did nothing?
Must be an error surely?

Spencer only played 81 seconds - quite easy to not register anything in such little time. I don't even remember seeing Ikinwin on court (apart from collecting the trophy)!

Ok Seemed a strange thing signing Spencer at the expense of Lockhart who I always thought was a tidy little player. Saw the pics and see Robert Yungblood is back coaching at London.

Plymouth were great but let lions have 2 many offensive bursts so then it was asking 2 much to constantly reel them in, Plymouth point guard is superb
