Vinson not been replaced yet, fletch, Defoe and sayers should be available, hard to say how eagles will shape up Think we can expect a tough game from Eagles as ever. Rebounding in the paint is going to be crucial I think and whichever team manages to get its 3 point shooting going will probably emerge as the winner - both teams have a number of very effective shooters in that respect. Given Nelson-Henry was in a plastic boot at our last home game I don't expect he'll be on court. Pity.

Just glad it’s on sky sports and not the horrendous bbl Player It's on BBL Player too, with different coverage, if you're a glutton for punishment. Although I don't know why anyone would watch it on BBL Player if it's also available for free on YouTube, and Sky Sports Mix for those without a sports subscription. Next week's Sky game is on Sky Sports Mix too, not sure about YouTube yet.

Fletch, sayers and Defoe unsurprisingly don’t Look match fit

Keep the pressure on, ‘cos without Marc Loving could be a lot more difficult.

What a performance showed Newcastle up for what they are at the minute individuals and not fit. Needed Cory to keep them as close as they were.
Hope loving not badly hurt we don't need more injuries.
Do all those cheerleaders and their families who mostly cleared off in the second half pay?

Awesome performance by Riders. Great defence in the last 15 minutes and 3 point shooting was excellent.

thought riders moved the ball extremely well - not just opening up space for the 3 but generated lots of space inside and many many easy opportunities of great ball movement

... Do all those cheerleaders and their families who mostly cleared off in the second half pay? Good question. Frankly, I doubt it. But if they are all like the families sat within earshot of me, the arena made a fortune on spending on drinks, sweets and souvenirs so it may make sense. I arrived just over an hour before tip-off, as usual. Guy on gate says "you're the last one I am letting into the car park". "What?" I think. "This is weird". And then, of course, I soon find it's because there are 135 mini-cheerleaders and their families already there. No doubt other regular season-ticket-holder car park users had to find alternatives. The girls did a good job in their half-time show, though! Always enjoyable to beat Eagles. Good performance all round by Riders. Mackenzie, Adekoya and Whelan the standouts for me. Fingers crossed Loving not too serious. Eagles a bit shambolic in Q2 after playing well and hard in Q1. The unsportsmanlike call seemed a bit harsh to me but proved to be one of the turning points. A few Eagles' lost focus after that. Rotation just not deep enough and I have to say I thought there were two or three that simply would not have got near an Eagles team of old.

Agree eagles were shambolic in the 2nd qtr and lost the game right there, some very questionable signings as well plus the older brigade need younger legs to help

Agree eagles were shambolic in the 2nd qtr and lost the game right there, some very questionable signings as well plus the older brigade need younger legs to help Duke - not the most fluid but appears effortive if he doesn't get into foul trouble. Person Jr - kobe wannabe and is a ball hog, streaky and no interest in defending. Johnson - doing fine Fletch - think he is trying to do too much as person isn't Cortez! Williams - needs game time Defoe - only needs 15mins at most Sayers - needs to get fitness but solid bench player. New player needs to high calibre player like Peel
