In that case if I win the Euromillions I'll set up a regional league under the auspice of basketballScotland and base it out of Lanarkshire. Would hire a suitable venue to host league games with the grand final being played at the Emirates.
Plus weather permitting I'd do an Outdoor Basketball game at Hampden and rotate it with Murrayfield. I'd market the hell out of it too.
