I have stolen this from another website, but thought it would be fun to see how it goes here.
What is your favourite piece of memobrilia you have either from your own team or sport in general.
From the Rocks, I have the signed ball my son got when he was a mascot and also a basketball figure that I won in one of the raffles.
The best I have from other sports is a programme from Kenny Dalglish's 100th cap for Scotland. He signed it on the front and the rest of the Scotland squad signed it in the middle pages.
Over to you

I got a signed baw and kit when I won last year's march madness bracket. I promptly retired as there was no way I was winning it 2 years in a row!
I think my clydebank v dunfermline programme (first ever football game - we won 1-0) and my "Seville" ticket are the most important to me.

I own one of the largest memorabilia businesses in Europe so I've got a bit!
100,000 plus signed items in stock!
However that's business and this thread is personal
Personally - then basketball wise I have one of the matchballs used when Riders won the League in their match season before last
Football wise I'm a big Forest fan. My dad worked for the club for decades and signed Tony Woodcock for Forest as a 14 year old
Forest won the League under Brian Clough and then the European Cup the season after that
Then Woodcock was sold to Cologne
The night he was sold he came to our house and brought his last pair of boots he wore for Forest to give to me and my dad
Second, my dad attended a big dinner with Brian Clough on the eve of an England V the Rest of the World Football match at wembley many years ago
Everybody in football was there. My dad got the menu signed by Pele, Brian Clough (of course), Maradona (who was captaining rest of the world), Bryan Robson (captain of England), Bobby Charlton, and to cap it all off Elton John.
Not a bad collection of names
Finally, I used to love Simple Minds and at a concert I caught a drumstick thrown into the crowd by the drummer Mel Gaynor

This is slightly on topic
I think I have one of the strangest claims to fame
When Forest won the European Cup (now known as the Champions League) twice in a row my dad worked for the club but also owned a busy pub/restaurant in Nottingham
One night he "borrowed" the trophy for the night and organised for Peter Shilton to come to the pub and people queued up to have photos with Peter and the trophy
Anyway that night my dad wanted to keep the trophy in the safest place he could think.
We had two yorkshire terriers who were very aggressive if anyone they didn't know tried to come in to our house above the pub. They used to sleep on the end of my bed
So my dad decided the safest place for the trophy was in bed with me
So I actually slept with the champions league trophy!!
Every time I see it presented I remember that night!
I wonder if I'm the only person in the world to have slept with that trophy!
Lol

I've got the first ever home game programme from my grandads favourite football team.
However my prized possession is a Bogof big mac voucher inside a raiders programme from the 90s, it has no expiry date so I'm saving it for a special occasion

I cant quiet match sleeping with the Champions league trophy I also have kept a kit from the amateur football tam I played for/managed. My best one being the tops the team wore when we won our one and only ever trophy. Means nothing to any-one except me.

I have King Ralph Blalock's home shirt from the double wining 2000-01 season, He gave it to me at a presentation evening at Leicester Tigers ground, I literally just asked him what he was doing with his shirt And unbelievably he went and fetched it from his car, I still have a signed foam finger from the Walkers Crisps Riders squad from 83-84, it's somewhere in my mums loft in a black bag, must be worth about half a million by now. But to top that my pride and joy is my framed Riders championship shirt for winning the prestigious Whats Bev Prediction league, kindly donated by our very own Interestedridersfan

I have three full* sets of kit and two sets of shooting shirts from Leopards' first relegation season. I should have brought some cow **** home from the farmyard we were relegated on to complete it.
* bar the shorts cut off Alex Scotland-Williamson following his injury
