Sounds exciting for basketball at the first glance, and I am sure it will be enjoyable.
However, an outdoor arena is not going to do anything for leaving a lasting arena that a future BBL team could move into.
I worked for a large company in Bham a couple of years ago, and I was surprised how many people remembered the Bullets, and attended matches, so I think that their will be a core of supporters if the advertising is good (They never heard of Bham Knights)
