I am currently undertaking my PhD and my research focus (due to my personal passion) is fan engagement within basketball. I am trying to develop a model which enables basketball clubs and national basketball organisations to build better relationships with their fans. I hope that I am able to provide guidance to clubs and governing bodies on exactly how to service their fans better, therefore increasing the satisfaction level of their fans and increasing their long-term sustainability.
I have been a basketball fan my whole life (original Worthing Bears fan from the mid 80's). I want to use my PhD as an opportunity to help basketball in this country. The survey will take you about 10 minutes to complete and your help is greatly appreciated and you will be hopefully helping move basketball in the UK forward.
