This is going to be a battle between two teams to see who can play the least ****. Quite a shock to see Wolves and Rocks as serious contenders for last place, but there we go.

Knock out basketball. Rocks get the win. Happy enough at spells we looked unplayable and at time we looked like we couldnt play. Imagine if fraser stayed aggressive for the full time on court. Easily a premier big if he done that.
Wolves had the last thing they could play for, They may aswell look to next season now.
Didnt like the co commentator on the stream.
Onto the next one.

Just been watching Worcester vs Rocks in the basement game, oooo dear Cant understand why Worcester players think its a good idea to dribble endlessly against a zone without going anywhere so they use up the shot clock so end up taking a bad shot under pressure. Also why no help defence and why give away so many cheap fouls that the refs just love to call ? Glasgow won but were also poor but I guess that's why they are at the bottom of a poor league  Cant all be GSW but these are two bad teams coached badly, really pants ! |

I thought wolves looked very unfit? There lacks a team cohesion but individually theres some good players there.

The wolves are not awful they had gods gift t0 basketball recruit there players the Spanish pat Riley, Phil jackson all rolled into one picking the squad or so we were told!!

Depressing times to be a wolves fan. Nothing to play for now which is worrying as for many games the season the players haven’t looked interested. I get the whole late arrivals, team chemistry etc etc, but surely we should have turned a corner by now?
Much of the fault lies with the coach in my eyes, don’t get me wrong no one wanted another season of mediocre performances under PJ and they gambled bringing in Ty but something just doesn’t fit. Strange choices made both in lineups and rotations all season and seems reluctant to call a player out and bench them when needed. Ty and others had been screaming out for a proper big man as the one thing missing recently, Prosper arrrives, look decent and has hardly been used to his potential.
The only highlight has been Freeman, who is the real deal and could fit into any side in the league but can’t see us having a hope of holding onto him the way things are progressing, I know it’s rare for coach changes in the BBL, but where do Wolves draw the line? Worrying times with university’s cutting costs and in some cases sports teams to save money.

How long before you think cost cutting raiders did last season when they got rid of the 3 players and only replaced them with bowman and eaves!!

We couldn't guard a chair, (never had the budget for depth) but we dropped 72 BY HALFTIME on the supposed super team (Everton) back in the day. Not to be funny, but who put this team together?
Don't changes need to be made? Heck, I cut my good friend who still holds the record in NCAA at any level for 3's made in one game (16). He came in underestimating the BBL and couldn't get going. Are guys on a 1-12 team untouchable? It's not impossible to recover from a slow start, but the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! Have Wolves gone insane?

On another note, I wrote my MSc at Worcester about recruiting a team with certain personalities to fill certain roles, and how, if done right, could create success. They scoffed at it and I just passed. Maybe it's time to re read it and reflect? I emailed Mick last week and wished him Merry Christmas etc and that we'd have a full cabinet of Silver by now had I stayed. No response though. Too classy a club to respond to the likes of a lowly man such as me that doesn't stand for racism 😂
