(06:13) How close are the Raiders to being a top 4 team? (13:52) How important are the next five games for the Royals? (19:37) Can Rocks turnover Eagles in their new arena? Yes
Very close but current form says Sharks and Flyers miss out
Very and should be. Nobody will want them in the play offs
Apart from scorchers and Wolves every game is big for the rest
Yes

Great listen once again. Although with all your praise for Rocks current form it’s quite clear it was recorded before last nights Trophy Semi-Final! And I wish I had your confidence in the Championship title being won by Lions. I agree its ours to lose, but there’s still a number of games to go yet... Also nice to hear the discussion on the forum get a mention too.
Keep up the good work.

Is Clark and upgrade on Burnett for the Riders? (00:28)
No, but as the discussion evolves I think it becomes clear that the question probably needs to be "Will Clark improve Riders?". You could argue that Burnett is better or vice versa. It's almost irrelevant. There's no point having the world's best hammer if you need a saw. Clark will be a better fit and will play in a more "ridersy" manner. So, yes to my revised question. I think it's a good move and we'll see a more traditional and hard nosed Riders.
Of course, we thought the return of Trayvonn Wright would be a positive thing. It wasn't.
Are the Flyers going to miss out on the Playoffs? (06:13)
Maybe. Flyers are in a bit of a rut but they're just as bad/good as 5-10, imo.
How close are the Raiders to being a top 4 team? (13:52)
No closer than a Sharks, a Phoenix or even a Giants. They're a .500 team. They're vastly improved and I expect them to be a good team in years to come, but this year? i'm not feeling it.
How important are the next five games for the Royals? (19:37)
Huge. I think people, rightly or wrongly, see this run of games as validation. I agree that they need at least 3 of the 5. I suspect that'd be enough to keep them ahead of the chasing pack as no-one else is showing that they're much of a .500+ team. This run will be interesting to look at from a Plymouth POV.
Can Rocks turnover Eagles in their new arena? (24:39)
Unfair of me to answer as you'd put out the podcast before we knew Murray was out injured, and before the Royals blew them out. I think we've seen anything is possible with the Rocks this season so definitely maybe! I understand the point about Glasgow having a better Roster than perhaps Giants have, but they're still sitting at the bottom of the chasing pack. There's perhaps a risk we're still viewing them as a threat on paper, rather than the utter car crash they are in reality. The opening quarter point is a good one. We've seen how the first quarter effectively killed the Rocks' semi-final chances against Royals. I wonder if the Eagles will take anything from that?
Not that I don't normally, but I particularly enjoyed this week's questions. You should get the power rankings posted on here so we can inform you how wrong you are....

Clark an upgrade?
Yes, definitely. He can score freely when the game requires him to do so but he's much more of a PG than Burnett because he passes really well, can shoot the 3 well and also drives to the hoop so he's hard to predict. Burnett was usually looking to score himself rather than look for who might be in a better position. Bit of a Nimley in that respect. Also less likely to turn the ball over than Burnett - but who doesn't? He cost us a lot of points with his profligacy. Much happier with Clark in the team and I doubt many other Riders fans feel differently judging by the comments and reaction on Riders' FB page when they announced his return.
