Love it - great pressure shot and happy that the Raptors have got through.
But... it sort of irks me as a point of principle. In my mind not all 'buzzer beaters' are created equal - I feel there is a difference if you have the final possession and the game is already tied than when you're down and need to make a bucket to save the game.

It was a great finish obviously. Embiid is one of my favourite players but I do think he's a bit arrogant and the fact that shot was made in his face and reduced him to tears might be a good thing, for him to be humbled like that. I think he'll come back next season better for the experience.
Now let's see how they do with the Bucks - don't think they will be good enough but looking forward to seeing what Nick comes up with to contain the Greek Freak!

I watched the play in a slo-mo clip from behind.
Maybe it is just me but it looks like a blatant travel from Leonard at top of the key when he receives the ball..........just saying.........

As a Sixers fan this was gut-wrenching. It was preceded by missed free throws at both ends and the Sixers tieing the game with 4 seconds on the clock. The view from the other end of the court is incredible, the first  just doesn't look like it will go that way. |

Not convinced it was a travel and certainly there doesn't seem to have been talk that it was. Embiid and Simmons would still be moaning about it now if it had been!

Seen it discussed by some analysts but, per them, officials had let same move pass throughout game (not necessarily just Kawhi) so unlikely to call at this point

I think it was a travel still. It has always amused me that the Americans used to always say FIBA ballers travelled (mainly they referred to the now commonly used "euro step"). If it was not called all game for both sides then I guess it is fair and as Sam says Simmons and Embiid would still be talking about it if they though it was a travel.
