Can I take this opportunity to remind people of the WB end of season awards. I'll put my hand up as I'm after my award   :beerchug Just in case any one has forgotten I predicted before the season tipped - off (as pre-season came to an end) that; i) Jarrold Brooks would be the sharks MVP ii) Sharks would finish 4th i) I was greeted with a Jerrold Brooks who? What makes you say that etc etc ii) LOL - even by follow Shark fans through out the season  Well I can now announce that Brooks was given the Coaches player of the season award last night, so that's (i) correct And, of course the Sharks finished 3rd; even affording to play the bench in the last game, so that is (ii) as well. Although technically 3rd isn't 4th  Therefore I'd like to put myself forward for the 'I told you so award' |

Correct Dyb Dyb I would have voted for you if you had predicted Sharks come third
As for Brooks - I feel Drew should be League MVP but if for some reason he doesn't get it then Brooks would be the only non Rider I could justify getting it

But it's time to throw my hat in the ring for the "I told you so" award
End of January we were due to play Eagles away and Gonk started a thread asking who will take first blood in League Title Race
I replied as follows:

Of course I would predict a Riders win

And it's been proven not once but four times since then
So vote IRF
You know it makes sense!
We've won the League based on athleticism and I saw it coming at a time when many thought Eagles were unbeatable

The only Sharks player I know is BJ Holmes and Im couldn't tell you if he still played for them.
