No surprises there going by what I've heard. Funny that the two people initially hired for this season have now both resigned. Couldn;t cut it in the land of the Rocks it seems...

Actually not 100% sure. However rumours of an unhappy coach (due to the visa issues from the first weekend) and people not getting along then it's not really a surprise. |

They weren't doing the job needed . Some people work with a sense of urgency because they enjoy their job, others work for a pay check only.

Actually not 100% sure. However rumours of an unhappy coach (due to the visa issues from the first weekend) and people not getting along then it's not really a surprise. They're going to have an unhappy administrator with doing all that work for that amount of money. |

Not sure why we can't pay the salary that a job like that is surely (I assume) worth? |

I've done/blagged/delegated/begged most of that. But even if it's cheaper to live in Glasgow than around here, that's a big ask for 20k. It's a GM role

Hope it doesn’t backfire. As I discussed with another fan recently, pay cheap get cheap. That’s been apparent with a few rocks things lately. Hope this isn’t another thing to add to list.

I wouldn't have minded it under the old owners but things looked to have gone quite poisonous behind the scenes at the Rocks recently. All sorts of things that make for an unhappy workplace. I don't imagine that changing any time soon. |

When the Reids sold up to Smillie it was always going to change. I believe Duncan has been good in some ways but has got it wrong in many others. Commercially he has been excellent but then has allowed the foot to come off the gas in the fan experience. He let two backroom staff leave who ran the club day to day and has replaced them with cheaper less experienced people, they both have left within 12months. in his short tenure he is onto his 4th coach. This season we seem more settled on court so atleast that is better
