PJ said in his latest interview that we will be without Wilcher again this weekend. We rely very heavily on Wilcher so if he is out I can’t see Plymouth winning this one. Thankfully it’s only the cup but I’m hoping PJ sorts this team out before the league games. I’m wondering if Plymouth are struggling financially this season?

I actually think we did alright with the players we had available but would we have won it with Wilcher and Ubiaro on the court?

Without Josh W we will not progress into the top six. I also agree that the guys did OK this weekend and there could have been a significantly larger loss. They appeared to step up somewhat but not enough to make up for "big dogs" absence. Commendable points from Josh P but sorry not rating him. Tyrell seems to have lost the magic that we saw a few weeks ago. Kostas played his heart out but also feel that Jackson needs a little (and I mean a little) to settle in. Did London only score 39% in threepointers??? Seemed to me when at the match that nearly every time they put a three-pointer up they scored!

Raiders recruitment this year is at best, "uninspiring". Hugely dependent upon Wilcher and to a lesser degree Deuce. Ubiaro is maturing and is a real talent but we haven't brought in a single player who makes me sit up and take notice. If there's. worse tem in the BBL on rebounding then I haven't seen them. They follow up a great win over Wolves with one of their usual on the road "no shows" and then let Bristol bully us all over the court. This weekend the bench players made a reasonable effort and the game was not without its moments but we are way short of the standard to make the play offs - even in last place and that will be a backwards step for us. People talk about time to "gel" but it's the same for the majority of our opponents and we already look off the pace. Defence is patchy, offence inconsistent, rebounding sucks....... sorry to be so negative but PJ needs to wield the axe soon or we face another really long season. Given that the hot dogs at the Pavilions are terrible, I'm not sure I can face that!!!

Anyone think Raiders will make any changes to the team before the league games?

They have to. 2 Americans coming off the bench is not good, there has to be better options out there. Johnson had 3 rebounds in 30mins last week (even Zak could manage that... I think).

Can we just be sensible here for a minute and not slag Zak Wells off when you've got Theo Turner doing the square root of naff all (far less than Wells) please?

Never thought I’d say this but I’d actually rather have Zak over Theo on the team. I actually think Raiders are ****ed and will be bottom at the end of the season if no changes are made. I’ll still be there supporting at every home game though. Has Payne signed anywhere after the visa problem at Rocks?

But they'll be hard pressed to make playoffs unless they change a few things.

I'm not expecting much this season if no changes happen. I think the only highlight will be watching Denzil develop, he's exciting to watch.
