Regarding British players in the BBL... I think we've seen an improvement in the last few seasons in terms of British players coming back to the BBL towards the end of their careers, which is great. Improvement is needed in getting more British players wanting to start their careers in the BBL though. Completely agree that any players goal for their prime years should be top level Europe or NBA, but there's no reason the BBL shouldn't be promoted as a springboard towards that.
I really enjoy these podcasts again this season, and I'm looking forward to whatever the spin-off project you mentioned is. Perhaps an interview podcast series to accompany the weekly Makem Takem series?
