Sorry but raiders absolutely f*cking suck.
Sam Daniels aside theyre very poor. Badly structured offence, defence is pretty sub standard. Wilcher will end up with a back injury carrying the whole team on his shoulders.

I’m not a fan of the Raiders def style at all. How many times did the double team trap force a Royals turnover? To how many times did the double team trap open up Royals for uncontested inside/outside buckets. It’s such a gamble style of play, when it works it’s great but it very rarely does in our case. The hardest thing to watch are players taking a second or two to adjust from offence to defence or vice versa whilst the opponents are more hungry and not waiting around for us to join in. There is not much point scoring 100 points a game if you can’t defend to at least a average standard. Looks as if some people would rather look good and lose than look bad and win. ( There’s a film In there somewhere 👀

[br I don't think theo will be replaced as the British bigs out there will be too expensive The issue is defence with hassan and wilcher you don't really need much more offence surround those two with shooters you will be fine BUT Hassan isn't a great defender If I had my way I'd have Hassan and wilcher surrounded by D first guys who can just make shots on the perimeter this opens up the floor for them both I also take the ball handler quote what made raiders so dangerous was donte was probably the best point guard in the league at small forward which gave us two options to run the plays through so you couldn't double team either!! |
