You mean will Jordan Spencer be registered in time?

He has played for us before as well.
I remember he played in a friendly for us pre season before he signed for Lions?
Can't wait to hear what Saint Pat has to say if he does indeed sign for us

I think the red and black suits him.... Would love him to suit up tonight for us, our roster needs a boost.......or two!

Congratulations to Flyers who deserved to go through. Both Thomases were excellent and Bristol also scored 30 points from the FT line. We were woeful with 3 pointers. Absolutely dreadful. Only two opportunities to win silverware left now.

Can’t see any silverware for the riders this season.
Our defence is the worst it’s been in a long time and we rely on that to win.
Gonna take a lot to turn this around.

Good job flyers they look a big team and their home court is tough to go to. Watched the last bit after the rocks game and riders defence inside not great. 30odd freethrows for flyers. All good signing guards when your bigs are ineffective

Really enjoyed this one to be honest, definitely game of the night.
You can see both new boys for Riders are going to be a massive part of how far they go this season - Spencer in particular. Nelson-Henry was fairly unstoppable and once Nelsons bedded in and they sort the spacing out they're definitely going to get wins on the board sooner rather than later.
What about Bristol though? First of all the energy in that arena is fantastic. Definitely pushes the team that extra yard. The Thomases are both explosive scorers and when they both shoot over 65% its going to be hard to stop Bristol. I thought Thomas-Edwards contribution was fantastic though - he was like a coiled spring whod just been let go. Boundless energy. Theyre a serious team this year if they can keep putting performances up like this.

Don’t worry you will improve INF keeps telling everyone INF has also previously assured me Riders will win at least 2 titles this season, so that’s now the Championship and the Play-Offs. Personally, with their new signings, I do think they’ll improve. But I think them winning the Championship and Play-Offs is unlikely. Should also say well done to Bristol, a well deserved QF place. And looking forward to watching them in the Cup Final in a couple of weeks too.

Just back from the game. Well done Flyers who thoroughly deserved the win. Each time Riders got back into the game Flyers just bounced us back out. Finishing was clinical.
The support from the home crowd was excellent. I think there will definitely be silverware in the cabinet this season.
Only glad I didn’t book flights to Glasgow.

I think there's no doubt we will be improved by the signings - they had virtually no time to assimilate with the team and learn plays etc. I'm sure they'll be up to speed very quickly. Cartwright looked better already with the support he received. It's up to the bigs to perform now. Nelson-Henry was very good tonight but Thomson and Chuku? Not so much.

Mo Walker will be back in due course as well. Well in time for the playoffs. We will improve and get it right as we always do as the season goes on That's Robs job and he's the best in the BBL for getting it right when it matters Trust me guys!!

If Walker is able to play for us this season then the playoff silverware is definitely winnable but the league? Have my doubts he'll ride to our rescue in time for that. Wolves present a big challenge in the immediate future. Can we stop this run of losses? We'll see. Stand a much better chance with the new recruits IF we can improve our colander defence.

Both Thomas and Thomas were absolutely unstoppable last night, we had no clue what to do with either of them, Full Congratulations to Flyers who throughly deserved the W. Bristol have played 19 games this season and in 17 one of them has top scored, So surely your game plan is to plant a man on each of them all game, I’m no coach but it’s pretty obvious where the points are always going to come from.. I still have confidence in our squad especially now we have new arrivals who will need time to settle, Said it before we have talented players but not a talented squad. In Rob We Trust. Could have been worse.......We could have lost to Solent....

Could have been worse.......We could have lost to Solent.... They were brilliant last night, as they’ve both been most of the season. It does seem to be that they score in streaks when the other is quiet. GT 18 points 1st Q, so Riders worry about him, allowing FT to steadily keep the score ticking over. That 11 point streak from Fred in q4 (3 3s and a 2) killed Riders. I couldn't believe how big a side Riders were and with us not having Edozie I feared for us. But I think Gentrey decided he would be too quick and nimble and it stuffed Riders plan. I think Gentrey (who has been a brilliant recruit) has stepped up another gear or two since the start of December. I think Coach K has gotten into him how important he is (tendency to be a bit petulant early games) and boy has he responded. The other Thomas (Raph Thomas-Edwards) has also improved a lot too. Early season, although contributing well at both ends, was getting into foul trouble, restricting minutes. Probably adjusting to BBL from NBL. But he’s worked on that. Finally, Delpeche...his game has come on leaps and bounds (and dunks). He’s got some moves now. He might not look very pretty at times, but he’s become a very important player, usually sharing minutes with Dan. Finally, finally, with all the games being on YouTube it is also really noticeable that there is some great, insightful, unbiased commentary from some teams (ours included), but some bloody awful stuff too.

Nice to see Leicester boy, Raphell take it to the Riders last night. Especially in the third where he helped keep the game from the Riders grasps. Delpeche was uncharacteristically poor last night but agree he's much better than two seasons ago. Better from the free throw line though!
