Just wondered if Joel Freeland would ever play in the BBL. Scorchers would be the obvious choice as he is from that area of the country. Even if he does not need the money (which is probably likely) it would keep him fit and interested in basketball.(and help Scorchers) What do people think?

Don't think it'd happen to be honest.
There are no benefits to it for him.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he did eventually cave in and play at least a couple of games (he’s at most games and a lot of practises as mentioned)
But saying that even in his last few years of “playing” he was hardly on court for Moscow

He was loved by portland fans. Battered luke babitt. And i think isa bit of a cult figure for trail blazer fans. Had offers to stay in the nba i believe but europe called and i think he got a few serious injuries?

Signed a 2 million 2 year deal cska Moscow where he won the wuroleague but plagued by shoulder injuries. He was offered a 3 million 2 year deal with the mavs at the same time

Were there really two Lav twins? Can't have done otherwise they'd have cloned more fans to increase their crowd numbers.

Mexico that's it. Imagine if Surrey could sign all these players that train with them

He was. Left at the end of the regular season and the team lost all of their playoff games. Why would they let the top scorer leave before the playoffs. FUNNY OL GAME BASKETBALL
