Playing Falkirk Fury and it's sure to be as pointless as our Trophy game against Wales.

Having not played a game since February 16th, I'm sure there's some benefit in Rocks getting match practice prior to facing Wolves on Sunday.

Strange opening observation. Rocks have done it a few times this season during a large chunk off. It helps teams like st mirren and Falkirk as no doubt they get a bigger gate receipt so more money into the local club.
Merely an exercise to blow the cobwebs out. Reset and go. Only so uch to gain from playing in a practice environment

They don’t get rid of any cobwebs in a 50pt blow out IMO, if anything they create more. Howeve I do think it’s good for them to support the Scottish national league sides and potentially for them to get a decent look at some of their younger players

106 - 58
Yep, I agree with Sam, plus what if one of the starters got injured in this type of game, you'd really be up the creek without a paddle.

Of course you can, I broke my hand writing about basketball. Getting out of bed in the morning carries risk, but so does staying in bed. Three weeks of training without a game gets stale, just mixing things up with a game has benefit.
