Yes, it could be. No it won't be. What would be the point on spending huge sums of money to stage it? Unless the people who run BT go completely mental and decide German football isn't enough to keep their public happy

Another good listen. Although I think you're way to optimistic about a TV deal to cover the costs, especially a broadcaster like UKTV or Netflix.
There's a chance someone like Sky Sports or BT Sport might be interested given the current lack of live content. It goes against my opinion that the BBL shouldn't do a deal with a premium subscription channel (the BBL needs FTA coverage, available to all, to grow), but I wouldn't advise them to turn it down if it was on offer in the current climate.
And it might get some exposure on Sky Sports Mix (like the All Stars Championship) which is at least better than just Sky Sports.
