The Duncan Smilie Propaganda Unit had announced that it was due to make an announcement on a player signing. Maybe they are slow off the mark or just finishing putting the final touches to the Ali Fraser uniform raffle winner announcement.

I take it you haven't witnessed the cult of the Duncan Smilie Propaganda Unit. They believe they are a better quality of fan and hold themselves at a higher regard than non-propaganda unit members. |
