How do you value the BBL? Since a minority stake can be up to 49.9% is this a takeover in disguise? (they already own Lions so another stake could take them over 50%) If it is the same as the member clubs then that would value the league at £60,000,000 and that does not seem right either. It will be interesting to see how this pans out. As for Dunkster, Mark Woods has some critics but I don't think anyone could dispute his qualifications as a journalist.

I guess it could happen. But it's hard to see what they'd be buying. Or they could go rogue when the inevitable breakdown in negotiations happens.
