Why does size matter that much? If a club is willing to go bbl surely its up to them? The raiders isn't the biggest venue but its certainly by far the best all round basketball venue in this country!!

I’m not sure players would agree it’s a good basketball venue from the concrete floor point of view. It’s a good venue and the match day experience is one of if not the best but there are much better venues and basketball venues. There needs to be a balance. Of course we would side with quality over quantity but to reach the most fans there needs to be a cross league approach IMO. Could a conference system a bit like NBL have just announced work at the top? Allow more teams in and limit the travel to reduce spend. More teams, more games? Bigger gulf between top and bottom? I’d love to see a 20 team league but I also want longevity.

A nice floor. Good lighting. A crowd behind the court. It just needs to look like an arena and not a leisure centre. On the TV Copperbox looks great. Worcester looks really nice. Plymouth actually looks pretty cool, it's just the lighting and camera quality isn't good. Ponds Forge actually looks pretty good. I think only Cheshire, Bristol and Guildford look really small and not good for a professional league.
