If Riders also beat Sharks on Dec 7th, and therefore have 8 points like Eagles and points difference between the two are the same, who ends up in first place in group 3 of the BBL cup?

What sort of team will riders put out then? Clearly better to finish 2nd than 1st in terms of QF draw. Obviously you want to create winning habits but wonder if we might see a run out for a few of the Loughborough guys. Maybe a bit of an audition for some of RMTs minutes. Think I remember seeing that Fraser is not due to play til the league season starts. And Jackson carrying a knock too.

Why is it better to finish second rather than first in terms of the QF draw?
If we finish first, we will likely play Worcester Wolves, but if we finish second, we will play Glasgow Rocks who beat Giants at the weekend.
Far rather play Wolves.

Yeah good point about the league starting before we finish our cup group games. So he could play.
Definitely rather play Rocks though. Yes they beat Manchester, but the game was a dead rubber. And in the competitive game they lost by 40. As constructed Glasgow should finish bottom of the league. Doesn't mean they will, but anything other than that would be an achievement unless they add players.
Could play Wolves or Bristol. Anyone know what is happening with Worcester's imports? As they have the potential to be really good if the imports are up to standard.
Having said all that part of me doesn't care who we play as you want to be able to beat whoever you play. But Rocks should be the easier match up.
