Watcher, volunteer court crew at Phoenix. Started playing basketball at aged 62 with Phoenix walking basketball group.

Father Time is undefeated but I’m giving him a scrap as I go down!
An interesting survey would be the split between those that consider themselves a Basketball Fan versus a BBL club fan.

Other - referee (mainly Strathclyde league but still did a few Scottish Basketball Championship (SBC) youth games last season), L2 table official, club trustee
as well as other, ticked the 3 other options
coach - U16m squad in both SBC and Strathclyde
play - not very often now was on the run down but 2020 killed that to zero. season 2018/19 was last one in league (Strathclyde) but 19/20 through masters tourni still 'played' and hope in the future will still fit in another masters or at least scrimmage with the guys. Late starter at school but nearly 40yrs later the impact on knees is starting to tell.
watch - if know the venue going to coach at has other games on will try to catch some of those, a couple of visits a year to Rocks, trophy regular, was lucky enough my old job took me to states a number of times - started with NBA games but ended up going to college as first option, watch on tv when got time
When I lived in Manchester (back in the late 80s early 90s) I would watch both Manchester and Stockport teams - always supported the local side, unless the visitors were MIM. So definently a basketball supporter first and foremost.

I recall playing a Scottish team in the 2019 Manchester Masters. It was on the Sunday and hangovers dictated it was not a great game!
Can’t recall the team name but I was playing for the aptly named Peterlee Tragic.....well what was left of us after the Saturday night anyhow!
