He is the only basketball player BBC Sport has heard of. Every other story on the BBC basketball page is LeBron James. We don't need more LeBron.

What a terrible choice of sports people on that list! Understandable after this year I suppose. Does Lebron have a personality?

He’s not my favourite player by any stretch. He is though the biggest name in our sport and it’s a rare mention in the BBCs flagship sports awards show for our sport. Hence I thought it was worth mentioning as I only stumbled upon it. Bit of positivity eh DTB? That’s what you’re all about isn’t it? Obviously Chester you won’t appreciate it’s such a rare mention for basketball......what with being so new to the sport and all. Anyway. Vote don’t vote. Just thought it was worth a post.

It's got to be between LeBron James and Dustin Johnson. I don't think I will be alone in having never heard of the other four.

I always look forward to seeing which ridiculous sports get a mention whilst basketball is completely ignored every year.
My highlights have included dancing horses, rock climbing, skateboarding, and Paralympic curling. Oh and Netball. That ones for you Dave.
Waiting for tiddlywinks to complete my bingo sheet this year.

Back in the day when QofS was actually popular and watchable I’m certain I recall Alton Byrd being on it?
