Raiders have cooled off somewhat, got to fancy London lions have been very inconsistent though and every time I think they’re ready to put it all together they go and look like crap

Will be an interesting game. On Friday Lions didn't defend or play well 1st quarter then played some of the best BBL basketball I've ever seen in quarters 2 & 3,they were unstoppable, Raiders had no answer. Then Vince let Raiders back in it in the 4th with his player rotation or rather lack of rotation, leaving a clearly disgruntled Justin & Liggins on the bench. Raiders will now fancy their chances, whereas at the end of the third, they would have been dreading facing Lions again so quickly.
Raiders are a good team & if they sense a failure they will exploit it. If Raiders win then that 4th quarter on Friday will have played a huge part in a Lions loss. Of course if they play like quarters 2 & 3 throughout it could be carnage!

I’m not sure who were the real losers tonight... Plymouth Raiders or those trying to watch this game via the BBL Player.

Do you think he would be at Plymouth if his free throw percentage was good ?!
He would be higher level.
I think we are one final player away from making a real good go at winning the league. The worry is how long do we give Andrew Laurence before we need help winning these tight games.
You’d argue if he was fit or we brought in a game by game replacement ( e.g MBA at wolves) we would have beaten London lions twice and beaten Glasgow.....

We’re one good shooter away from being the real deal. I’m concerned that it’s only Ash from the starting 5 that consistently scores over 10 points. That said, given our performances to date, aside from Glasgow, we’re making it work.

Hamilton Raiders go 6/4. Nothing to worry about.

Ibeh is a liability offensively in the last 2 minutes of a tight game. You can't pass to him as the opposition will just foul him, they get the ball back and are going to be no worse than 1 point adrift. It's why PJ took him off near the end. He needs to be practising at least 200 free throws per session & ideally more. He needs to get that percentage up to at least 60%, then teams will think twice about fouling him. Andrew Lawrence will make a difference to Raiders but Dusha is a more than able replacement, whether you would have beaten Lions on either occasion is difficult to judge, if Lions had Ward-Hibbert & Mullens available it might have been more difficult for Raiders, but you can only beat (or lose to) what's in front of you.

I agree Dusha is a more than capable play maker, but he’s 5 points a game, Andrew Lawrence is 20+

And not only that but you should then get more productivity out of Porter-Bunton and, dare I say it, possibly even more out of Hamilton as teams focus on Lawrence more
I have noticed a couple of times teams realising Elvisi is more of a playmaker than a scorer. That’s not to take anything away from him, as he’s been and will continue to be, a great deputy
