Well done, Eagles. Marginally the better team right from the tip.
Riders have become a bit "meh" in the last few games. Turnovers; over-relying on Crandall; bench not contributing. I've never sensed this season that they have a collective killer instinct. Last night's game and the recent Lions one were both there to be won, but the spark was missing. It needs one or two to step up.

Taking better care of the ball has to be a priority because those turnovers cost us dearly in terms of points scored off them.

He's quite possibly the best British back up PG in the league!

He's quite possibly the best British back up PG in the league! Absolutely agree. And would suggest that most Riders fans would agree too. Great player. Great attitude, excellent defender, excellent shooter (seem to remember Dan saying something about him being in the top 3 for 3pt% over the last few years during the sky game the other week). I personally think he has expanded his offensive game a bit this last year too. He's definitely loved by the majority of Riders fans. |

If you looked at his stats for the last two games, and compared them with stats for the other backup point guards in the BBL, you might find it difficult to describe him as the best in the league. He can be very good, but he is very inconsistent, and his last two games have been dire IMO. |

This wasn't one of his best nights and I think he'll prove his worth again and again in the rest of the season. Given myself a proper talking to! |
