Personally I think they do with only DJ playing in that position he’ll need lots of help 7ft JaVale McGee would definitely be the answer as the Nets have engaged in talks to land him from Cleveland Cavaliers he’d add size and rim protection which has been the Nets problem so far he’d add size and rim protection he’s likely to get more playing time with the Nets and could improve on the aforementioned numbers. he'll also bring championship pedigree to the table. McGee has won three rings/championships in the last four years with the Warriors and Lakers. He may not have been among the main pillars of these title runs but his energy and aggression underneath the rim will come in handy.

Hi Jedgerraiders22. Welcome to whatsbev! Glad to see another NBA fan on here. You might find this post gets moved to the NBA thread. Not much activity on the worlds greatest basketball league on this site I'm afraid. Bit more BBL centric. So we tend to keep NBA stuff to me talking to myself on one thread with occasional offerings from others!
I would agree that McGee would be a very handy pick up to provide a two headed monster with Jordan. I would suggest though it is far from being their biggest challenge. I still do not believe that Kyrie, Harden and KD are a trio that will work successfully and would, if I were the Nets, be looking at opportunities to trade the eccentric Kyrie and bolster the team in several areas from a depth persepctve (including defense and rebounding).

It's a sad time when even McGee is out of the nets reach as they literally have 0 cap space left. How about Nerlens Noel

Not saying Harden isn’t a great player but you need a roster to succeed. Lakers traded loads to get AD but had enough cap space to work the free trade market.
