So where's Jimbo Lull and Matthew Bryan-Amaning ? JANUARY 31, 2021 , 5:00 PM , CLUB NEWS Cheshire Phoenix can today confirm that Jimbo Lull has been ruled out for at least 3 weeks (sprained ankle). Disraeli Lufadeju, who last played on January 8th, is also out indefinitely (blood clots). Matthew Bryan-Amaning is not available today, but he is expected to join up with the squad on Monday. |

So where's Jimbo Lull and Matthew Bryan-Amaning ? I suspect that was what Danny Byrne was saying after the first few minutes of the first quarter. Was concerned when the teams were announced but what a difference a change of tactics meant. I was ( as were most people) expecting a game under the basket with Jimbo/MBA drawing 5 fouls from Brady then running away with the game. A complete surprise when Carey and Moulion started and blew Giants away with their speed of attack well supported by the other three who are no slow coaches. Looking forward to the rest of the season having the option of different tactics. Nice one Ben!!!! |
