A fabulous ending to watch for Wolves fans, but horrendous (again) for Surrey supporters.
Incredibly, Surrey permitted Brandon Anderson to wallop in 17 points in the last seven minutes of the match, including a whopping 11-12 free-throws. This was virtually all of Worcester's final-quarter offensive output - if you find something that works (Worcester) you keep doing it, but by the same token if someone keeps punching you (Surrey) in the face surely you should move your face out of the way 
A knockout defeat at SSP.
And Hicks left the game early again, this time on a soft fifth foul. Lots of talent on this roster (Lacey James looked quite a find & Richards was dominant early doors), but maybe competing egos are still an issue... |
